HomeMy WebLinkAbout895911ACCESS EASEMENT KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that the PORTO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State.of Wyoming, Grantor, of Thayne, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto SHIRLEY HEBDON, TRUSTEE of the Shirley Hebdon Revocable Trust, dated June 26, 1997, of 2163 Muddy String Road # 117, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, and WEST CEDAR CREEK PIPELINE, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantees, and their successors and assigns, an access easement for the purpose of proViding ingress and egress over, upon, under, through, across, and along a parcel of land, said easement being more particularly described as follows: See "DESCRIPTION FOR / SHIRLEY HEBDON REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED 26 JUNE 1997 / PORTO POND TRACT" dated 16 October 2002, revised 5 November 2002, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
