KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a
Nevada Corporation registered and doing business in the State of Wyoming, Grantor, of P.O.
Box 299, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
grants unto SHIRLEY HEBDON, TRUSTEE of the Shirley Hebdon Revocable Trust, dated
June 26, 1997, Grantee, of 2163 Muddy String Road # 117, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, and her
successors and assigns, a non-exclusive pedestrian and equestrian easement for ingress and
egress from said Trust's adjacent property to public lands over, upon, through, across, and along
a parcel of land, and unto the PORT° IRRIGATION DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the
State of Wyoming, Grantee, of Thayne, Wyoming, and its successors and assigns forever, a non-
exclusive pedestrian and equestrian easement for ingress and egress from said District's adjacent
easement, to public lands over, upon, through, across, and along a parcel of land. Said easement
being more particularly described as follows:.
That part of the GLO Lot 2 of Section 5, T34N, Rl lSW, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of the tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book cot~ PR on Pages ~"[cl through ~tBI, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the north line of said GLO Lot 2, N89°-55'-14"W,
96.83 feet from the northeast corner of said GLO Lot 2; thence S48°-27'-27"W, 164.20
feet to a point; thence S78°-41'-30"E, 167.37 feet to a point; thence S40°-15'-14"W,
138.11 feet to a point; with the opposite side being shortened or lengthened as necessary
to create a continuous easement with a minimum width of ten (10) feet to intersect said
north line and the northeasterly line of the below described area; AND
BEGINNING'at the southwesterly end of the above-described northwesterly line
of a ten (10) foot strip of land; thence S43°-31'-41"E, 33.14 feet, to a position on the
thread of Cedar Creek; thence S76°-10'-21"W, 83.84 feet, along said thread, to a
position; thence N26°-21'-11"E, 40.52 feet to a point; thence N79°-10'-47"E, 41.33 feet,
to the POINT OF BEGINNING, AND
