Box 299, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto SHIRLEY HEBDON, TRUSTEE of the Shirley Hebdon Revocable Trust, dated June 26, 1997, Grantee, of 2163 Muddy String Road # 117, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, and her successors and assigns, a non-exclusive pedestrian and equestrian easement for ingress and egress from said Trust's adjacent property to public lands over, upon, through, across, and along a parcel of land, and unto the PORT° IRRIGATION DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Wyoming, Grantee, of Thayne, Wyoming, and its successors and assigns forever, a non- exclusive pedestrian and equestrian easement for ingress and egress from said District's adjacent easement, to public lands over, upon, through, across, and along a parcel of land.
