'KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a
Nevada Corporation registered and doing business in the State of' Wyoming, Grantor, of' P.O.
Box 299, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of' TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of' which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to RONALD D. HARTLEY and CLAUDIA B. HARTLEY,
husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, Corantees, of` P.O. Box 469, Thayne, Wyoming
83127, and their heirs and assigns, property located in Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more

(15) foot strip of land for a drainage pipeline, with the center line described as follows:
