KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
ANGIE LEE CAMPBELL,
a Single Person,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in band paid by
Angie Lee Campbell, Craig H. Campbell, Brant Dylan Campbell and Beau Dayne Campbell
whose address is 101 Fairview South Co. Rd. 143, Afton, WY 83110
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and
forever quitciaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said
ANGLE LEE CAMPBELL, CRAIG H. CAMPBELL,
BRANT DYLAN CAMPBELL AND BEAU DAYNE CAMPBELL
as Joint Tenants,
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
A portion of the SE~ANW¼ of section 10, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
with boundaries more particularly described as fo.llows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 445.5 feet (27 rods) West from the Northeast comer of said SE~fiNW~,4;
and running thence South 280 feet;
thence West 165 feet (10.rods);
thence North 280 feet;
thence East 165 feet. (10 rods) to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the '
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said -.
Angie Lee Campbell, Craig H. Campbell, Brant Dylan Campbell and Beau Dayne Campbell
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
