COMES NOW, the Farinella Family Trust, acting through its ?u, stee, Morris A.

being duly sworn on oath according to law, does hereby make the following statements of
facts and affirms:

That the Trust holds a mortgage the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 493 of Photostatic Records on page 607, for part of the property
described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "PLAT OF
SURVEY FOR THE TOWN OF THAYNE OF HOKANSON AVENUE
WITHIN THE INCORPORATED LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF AFTON IN
THE W½SE¼ SECTION 23 T34N Rll9W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING, dated 3 January 2001, as revised.
2) That on behalf of Trust the undersigned has reviewed said plat.

That the 'undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate
of Dedication thereon and the implications thereof.
That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the
original mylar of said plat had been signed.
