COMES NOW, the Bruce and Brenda Dana Family Trust, dated 9 February, 1999, acting
through its Trustees, Bruce L. Dana and Brenda G. Dana, whose address is P.O. Box 347,
Bedford, Wyoming 83112, who, being duly sxvorn on oath according to law, do hereby
make the following statements of facts and affirm:
That the Bruce and Brenda Dana Family Trust owns a tract of land crossed by
Hokm~son Avenue within the Incorporated Limits of the Town of Thayne as said
Hokanson Avenue is depicted upon the plat titled, "PLAT OF SURVEY FOR THE
TOWN OF THAYNE OF HOKANSON AVENUE WITHiN THE
iNCORPORATED LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF AFTON iN THE WV2SE¼
SECTION 23 T34N Rl l9W LiNCOLN COUNTY, WYOMiNG, dated 3 January
2001, as revised.
2. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
3. That the undersigmed has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of
Dedication thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original
mylar of said plat had been signed.
