COMES NOW Wright Family Trust, dated 15 May 1987, acting through its Trustees,
Elling L. Wright and Lou Jean Wright, whose address is P.O. Box 2015, Thayne,
Wyoming 83127, who, being duly s~vorn on oath according to law, do hereby make the
following statements of facts and affirm:
That the Wright Family Trust owns a tract of land adjoining Hokanson Avenue within
the h~corporated Limits of the Town of Thayne as said Hokanson Avenue is depicted
upon the plat titled, "PLAT OF SURVEY FOR THE TOWN OF THAYNE OF
HOKANSON AVENUE WITHIN THE INCORPORATED LI~MITS OF THE
TOWN OF AFTON IN THE W½SE¼ SECTION 23 T34N Rll9W LiNCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING, dated 3 January 2001, as revised.
2. That they have reviewed said plat.
3. That they have read and understand the provisions of the Certificate of Dedication
thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original
mylar of said plat had been signed.
