KNOWALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: SUSAN BATEMAN WORTON,
and Susan Bateman Family Trust, dated December 20, 1996, of the County of Lincoln and Stme of Wyoming,
hereinafter refeged to as "granto¢, Dr and in consideration of ONE DOLOR ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereina~er referred to as "grantee", the right to lay out, construct, inspect,
operate and maintain a road for the use of the public over and across the foil°wing described lands situate
in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
See attached Exhibit "A", entitled

hereby releasing and waiving all rights under the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming;
Grantor also grants the right of ingress and egress to and from said lands for any and all purposes
necessary and incidental to the exercise, by the Grantee, and the public, of the rights granted under this
conveyance; including but not limited to, the right of corporations organized under the laws of this State or
of any other State or of the United States for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating
telephone, telegraph or electric transmission and distribution lines to set their poles, piers, abutments, wires
and other fixtures.along, across or under the above described lands in accordance with {} 1-26-501 of the
Wyoming Statutes, (2001);
Grantee agrees to maintain culverts of suitable size across such ditches and laterals of Grantor as
necessary for proper operation of irrigation systems and in the case of new construction, the grantee agrees
to construct culverts of suitable size across such ditches and laterals of Grantor as necessary for proper
operation of the irrigation systems.
The easement herein granted shall be perpetual so long as the above described lands are used for
the purpose of a public r°ad.

A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width, together with a sixty foot radius cul-de-sac
described below, being part of the SIANE¼ and part of the N½SE¼ of Section 28, T36N
R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with the centerline described as follows:
BEGINNING at Station 63+43.18 of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
on Plat No. 12-108 Swimming Pool County Road No. 12-108;
thence N70°-00'-i i"W, 128.42 feet to a spike;
thence northwesterly, 157.30 feet, along the arc of a circular curve to the right through a
central angle of 72°-47'-00'' with a radius of 123.83 feet to a spike;
thence N01°-56'-08"E, 254.24 feet to a spike;
thence northeasterly, 48.26 feet, along the arc of a circular curve to the right through a
central angle of 27°-39'-00'' with a radius of 100.00 feet to a spike;
thence N29°-35'-08"E, 76.98 feet to the center-point of a cul-de-sac with a radius of 60
feet;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "RIVER BEND RANCHES, A SUBDIVISION WITH THE S½NE¼
