Flint & Joann Telford, husband and wife, as
to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. f/k/a Norwest
Mortgage Inc., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that
certain mortgage dated December 24, 1998 (the "Mortqaqe"), and duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 28, 1998, in/as Book
423 at Page 513.
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc., f/k/a Norwest Mortgage Inc., acting
under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale
and did sell the hereinafter described real property on July 25, 2003, at 10:00
o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc., f/k/a Norwest
Mortgage Inc. ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the
hereinafter described real property in the sum of $107,884.12, and the said real
property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on July 25, 2003
("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in
and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale
Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of
the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on July 25, 2003, in/as Book 528 PR Page 145;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated September 8, 2003 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in.and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyomin(~ on the __~ day of I"/~.(~(~tcJ~'

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
~h~at I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Federal National Mortgage
Association, 13455 Noel Road, 2 Galleria Tower, #600 Dallas, TeXas 75240 its
successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real
property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lots 7 and 8 of Block 50 of the Second Addition to
the town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
with an address of 1021 Cedar Ave., Kemmerer, WY
83101
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to said Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and
assigns foreVer.
