ASSIGNMENT OF
CERTIFICATE OF SALE
For value received, Midfirst Bank ("Assi.qnor"), with the address of
999 NW Grand Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73118, grants, bargains, sells,
transfers and assigns to THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING 'AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT OF WASHINGTON, D.C. ("Assignee"), whose mailing address
is cio First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle, Suite 300,
Addison, Texas 75001, its legal representatives and assigns, all right, title, and
interest in that certain Certificate of Sale dated April 11, 2003, on the following
described property (Property):
A parcel of land situated within Lot 8, Block 10, of the
Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision to the Town of
Kemmerer, Wyoming and being more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner
of said Lot 8, thence South 70.86 feet along the East
line of said Lot 8 to the point of beginning, thence
East 130.00 feet to a point on the West line of said
Lot 8, thence South 79.36 feet along the West line of
said Lot 8 to the SW corner of said Lot 8, thence East
130.00 feet along the South line of said Lot 8 to the
SE corner of said Lot 8, thence North 79.36 feet
along the East line of said Lot 8 to the point of
beginning, with-an address of 1131-A Nineth West
Ave., Kemmerer, WY 83101
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on April 11, 2003, and the Certificate of
Sale was filed on April 14, 2003, in Book 517 PR, at Page 713 in the records of
the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
