SHERIFF'S 'DEED
WHEREAS, Leon A. Cerny, an unmarried man, as mortgagor,
mortgaged to First National Bank in Evanston, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated December 19, 1994 (the
"Mortgage"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
December 19, 1994, in Book 362 PR at Page 288, which Mortgage, and the Note
secured thereby, were assigned for value by First National Bank.. in Evanston to
Fleet Mortgage Corp. by the indorsement of such Note and the execution and
delivery of that certain assignment of mortgage dated April 4, 1995, and duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln. County, State of Wyoming, on April 12, 1995, in
Book 366 PR at Page 846; and which Mortgage, and the Note secured thereby,
were assigned for value by Fleet Mortgage Corp. to Midfirst Bank by the
indorsement of such Note and the execution and delivery of that certain
assignment of mortgage dated November 2, 1996, and duly recorded in the
records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 21, 1997, in Book 395 PR at
Page 101; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Midfirst Bank, acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to adVertise for sale and did sell the hereihafter described
real property on April 11, 2003, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, 925 Sage Avenue,
in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Midfirst Bank made the highest and best bid for the
hereinafter described real property in the' sum of $58,521.78, and the said real
property was then and there sold to Midfirst Bank on April 11, 2003; and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to Midfirst Bank on April 11, 2003, which Certificate
of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-
officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April
14, 2003 in Book 517PR at Page 713; and
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to THE
SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT OF WASHINGTON,
D.C., its successors and assigns, by that certain Assignment of Certificate of
Sale dated June 20, 2003, and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and
ex-o~icio Register_of .Dee~.[in and for Lincoln County, State .of Wyoming, on the

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and' do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said THE SECRETARY OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT OF WASHINGTON, D.C., c/o First
Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle, Suite 300, Addison, Texas
75001 its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following
described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:

described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner
of said Lot 8, thence South 70.86 feet along the East
line of said Lot 8. to the point of beginning, thence
East 130.00 feet to a point on the West line of said
Lot 8, thence South 79.36 feet along the West line of
said Lot 8 to the SW corner of said Lot 8, thence East
130.00 feet along the South line of said Lot 8 to the
SE corner of said Lot 8, thence North 79.36 feet
