KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That David R. Spurlock and ~arcia A.
Spurlock by her attorney-in-fact, David R. Spurlock, husband and wife, of PO Box 3448,
Alpine, WY 83128, grantors, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and
quitclaim unto Trail Creek Properly Owners Association, a Wyoming nonprofit
corporation, of c/o Penny Jones, PO Box 3224, Alpine, ~ 83128, grantee, all such right,
title, interest, properly, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or
to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lots 29, 30, and 31 of the Trail Creek Subdivision and all common areas,
including private roadways, equestrian and walking trails, as defined in that
certain First Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
of Trail Creek Subdivision, dated June 11, 2002, and recorded in the office of
the Lincoln County Clerk on June 17, 2002, in Book 492 PR, page 030, all
according to the official plat thereof on file` in the office of the Lincoln County
Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Together with any and all improvements.
Subject to all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations
and rights-of-way of sight or record including the First Amended Declaration
of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions filed in connecti°n with said plat.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 16th day
of December, 2003.
