LINCOI.lq (;OUf"~TY CLERK J E AN I',,] E "'¢,/A(? u ~: ?, DEED NOTICE for Cok~iI~;¢~;FS~ii&~ ~ndfill The following property, known as the Cokeville #1 sanitary landfill (SHWD File #10.335) has been used for the disposal of municipal solid waste: A portion of Lot 47 of Tract 91, Township 24 North, Range 119 West (also being a portion of the SWl/4 of the SEl/4 of Section 4, Township 24 North, Range 119 West) Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundaries of which are more specifically described as follows: BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 47, said corner also being known as the E1/16 Corner common to Sections 4 and 9 of Township 24 North, Range 199 West; and running THENCE N00°03'W, along the east boundary of Lot 47, a distance of 1130.75 feet; THENCE N70°10'W, a distance of 340.66 feet; THENCE S17°53.5'W, a distance of 516.93 feet; THENCE S24°28'W, a distance of 698.14 feet; THENCE S13°23.5'E, a distance of 741.16 feet to the point of beginning; ENCLOSING an area of 15.26 acres. The environmental monitoring system at this site includes two groundwater monitoring wells (GW-1 and GW-2) and two methane monitoring wells (MG-1 and MG-2). There are no surface water control structures at this site. The final cover system at this site includes'a minimum of 2 feet of compacted soil and 6 inches of topsoil. The final cover system may be thicker in portions of this facility. , Disturbance or excavation of these wastes, the environmental monitoring system, or the final cover system should be avoided. The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Solid And Hazardous Waste Division should be contacted prior to any excavation or other activity that may disturb this site. T.
