KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of November
22, 2002, made and executed by Kurt B. Webb and Angela Webb Husband and Wife, as
mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of$152,300.38 which mortgage Was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 2nd day of December 2002, in Book #506 PR of Mortgages, at Page 208 as
Document Number 886005 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:
"LOT 14 OF THE TOWNSITE OF BEDFORD BLOCK 14 FOURTH FILING, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT NO. 195-C FILED
SEPTEMBER 4, 2003 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 893109 OF THE RECORDS OF THE
LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS. WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate

Directors, and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
