KNOWN BY ALL THESE P~SENTS, That George Lane and Ann Lane, does hereby certify
that mortgage bearing the date of June 6, 2000 made and executed by Richard N. Brough =' and
Sandra H. Brough, as mortgagors to George Lane and A~ Lane as mortgagees conveying
certain real estate thereN mentioned as security for the payment of $125,000.00 as therein
stated, which mortgage was recOrded in the office of the CounW Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 31, 2000 in Book 451PR on page
280 mortgaging the following described real estate in said Count, to wit:
A portion of the SE~,~ of Section 14, T31N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the metes and bounds described as follows:
Beginning at the B.L.M. type monument marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368,
1998 location for the northeast corner of the said SE~, 658.95 feet to an aluminum cap
of an iron pipe;
thence S 89°36'15" E, 2650.06 feet to a aluminum cap on an iron pipe marking
a point in the west line of said SE~/~;
thence N 0°16'47'' E, along said East line, 659.85 feet to the BLM type
monument marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1999 location for
the Northwest corner of said
thence N 89037'22'' E, along the north line of said SE~,~, 2646.47 l~eet, to the
point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH the right of ingress, egress and underground utilities as provided for
in instrument recorded May 12, 2003 in BoOk 520PR on page 367 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the
real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
