PRESTON, Trustee of the ROGER L. PRESTON and BONNIE J. PRESTON Revocable Inter
Vivos Trust Agreement dated: l 7'-~q~/El ~ .2003, BONNIE J. PRESTON SEPARATE
PROPERTY grantee, of 40 Pt. Sa/q ~'e~lro Road, San Rafael, CA 94901, all interest in the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Lot Four (4), Block Seventeen (17),
Afton Townsite Survey, running thence East 99 feet, thence North 10 rods, thence
East 6 feet, thence North 10 rods, thence West 105 feet, thence South 20 rods to
the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that tract of land described on a Quitclaim Deed
dated July 2, 1984, and recorded by the Lincoln County Clerk on January 23,
1986, in Book 235 P.R., Page 168.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
