the County of Blaine, and State of Idaho, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing
dated the JOth of October, A.D. 2002, made and executed between Ben & Nicole Goe, as
mortgagor(s), to First Bank of Idaho, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $171,462. O0 as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln Cottnty,
State of Wyoming, on the 15th 'day of October, 2002, in Book 501 Mortgages, page 73,4 and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, lo wit:

is. with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released and
