the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state ·

being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING 680.6 feet N 89°53'07 W, along the north line of said Saetion 29 from the
North Quarter Corner of said Section 29 and running thence S 0°06'53" W, 514.14 feet;
thence N 89°53'07" W, 169.40 feet;
thence N 0*06'53" E, 514.14 feet to the north line of said Section 29;
theme S 89°53'07" E, 169.40 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 1,999 acres more or less.
NOTE: This serves to correct that certain Wan-anty Deed recorded August 12, 2002 in
Book 496PR on page 344 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk correcting the legal
description and the vesting,
