PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That The Town of Thayne, does hereby certify that
mortgage bearing the date of December 7, 1982 made and executed by Star Valley Cheese
Corporation, as mortgagors to The Town of Thayne as mortgagee conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $1,000.000.00 as therein Stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 1, 1982 in Book 194PR on page 592
mortgaging the following described real estate in said CoUnty, to wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A FOR LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL 1-STAR
VALLEY APARTMENTS AND PARCEL 2-STAR VALLEY PIZZA.

feet.
