KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That MFC Realty a partnership composed of John
T. Masson and Denise Gray, successors Trustees under Trust Agreement dated September
12, 1990, and Morris A. Farinella, Successor Trustee of the Farinella Family Trust dated
June 26, 1997, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of November 11, 1996 made
and executed by Star Valley Cheese Corporation, as mortgagors to MFC Realty as mortgagee
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $233,100.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 7, 1990 in Book 392PR
on page 530 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A FOR LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL 1-STAR
VALLEY APARTMENTS AND PARCEL 2-STAR VALLEY PIZZA.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not 'affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the
real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
