Lipari, Executor of the estate of Michael Shelton Lipari, also known as Michael S. Lipari and Mike S. Lipari, deceased, having heretofore rendered and filed herein a full account and report of hid' administration of said estate, which accOunt was for final settlement, and having with said account filed a~petition for the distribution of the residue of said estate; And said account and petition coming on this day regularly to be heard, proof having been made to the satisfaction of the Court that notice of settlement of said account, and the hearing of said petition has been given in the manner and for the time in such cases required by laW; and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds: 1. That Michael Shelton Lipari died testate on January 26, 2003, at Rock Springs, in the County of Sweetwater, and State of Wyoming, and left estate, subject to probate in said County and State, consisting of real and personal property. 2. That on June 16, 2003, after due proof, this Court made and entered an Order admitting the Will of Michael S. Lipari to probate and appointing James A. Lipari ExeCutor of said estate; that Petitioner thereafter duly qualified as such. Executor, immediately entered upon the administration of said estate, and has ever since continued to administer the same. 3. That since the filing of said Final Account and Petition for Distribution herein, the Executor has received and expended the following amounts: RECEIPTS NONE 11/27/03 11/27/03 DISBURSEMENTS James A. That said account and supplementary account are in all respects true and correct; that all claims and debts against said dedeased, all taxes against said estate, and all debts, expenses and charges of administration, attorney fees and costs, have been fully paid and discharged; and that said estate is now ready for distribution and in condition to be closed. i 5. That said Michael S. Lipari left the following persons surviving him as his only heirs at law: ! That the Will of Michael S. Lipari, deceased, admitted to prObate herein, provides, among other t~ings, as follows: I give and devise the following prOperty t° JUDY ANN IRBY of Rock Springs, Wyoming, the house and all of its contents at 508 Sidney, Rock Springs, Wyoming, all vehicles registered to me at the time of my death, all personal property except my hUnting gear, all insurances with Judy listed as beneficiary, all fishing gear, 1/2 of my interest in any business owned by myself and Judy atlthe time of my death, including but not limited to Progressive Recoveries, 1/3 of my interest in all businesses owned by myself inCluding but not limited to all wood craft business in which I amiinvolved. "To my daughter, STACY LIPARI of Horicon, Wisconsin, I give` and devise my property on Commissary Ridge Addition, Lot C2, all snapshots taken before 1990, all insurances with Stacy listed as beneficiary, 1/4 of my interest in any busi9ness owned by myself and Judy IrbY and 1/2 interest in any business owned by myself. 1 "To my brother, JAMES A. LIPARI, North of Rock Springs, Wyoming,~ I give and devise all of my firearms, 1/4 interest in any business owned by myself and Judy Irby, and all of my hunting gear." ~ 7 That at the time of his death, Michael S ~Lipari was not the owner or operator of any business with Judy Ann Irby, now Judy Ann Lipari, under the name and style of Progressive Recoveries or any business under any other name, nor was the decedent engaged in any wood craft business. 8. That :all of the legatees and devisees survived the decedent, and that pursuant to the provisions of said Will, all oflthe residue and remainder of said estate should be paid, distributed and set over to Judy Ann Lipari, formerly Judy Ann Irby, Stacey Ann Trad and James A. Lipari, as-hereinafter set forth, to. have and to hold the same unto themselves, their heirs 883 and assigns forever. 9.
