BROUGH, Husband and Wife, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for comideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WAKRANT TO GORDON MOORE AND BART HUTCHINSON, as Tenants in Common grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 753, Evanston, Wyoming 82930 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by vlrme of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit A portion of the property as referred to in Deed recorded in Book 451PR on page 277, with the N~$E'A of Section 14, T31N RIlgW, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the B.L.M. Type Monument marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel, PLS 5368, 1999 location for the Southwest Comer of said NtASE'A and running thence N 0°16'47'. E, along the West line of said N'hSE'A, 659.85 feet to an Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe; thence N 89°36'15.' E, 2650,06 feet to an Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe marking a point in the East line of said NtASE~A; thence S 0~01'52'' E, along said East line, 658,95 feet to the B.L.M. type Monument ma~king the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2002 location for the Southeast Comer of said N'ASE~; thence S 89°35'08" W, along the South line of said NVaSE~A, 2653.65 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 40.141 acres, more or less.
