VALUABLE CONSDERATION in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND WARtLANT TO Charles E. Hewins and Brandy J. Hewins, husband and xvife~ as tenants by the
entirety, Grantees, whose address is 92 Hazelnut Circle, Columbus, Mississippi, 39705, the fbllowing
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laWs of the State, to-wit:
Lot 106 of Star Valley Ranch, Plat 17, Lincoln Count, Wyoming, as described on the
official plat thereof.
Together with any improvements thereon or appurtenant thereto;
Subject to all rights-of-way, easements, reservations and
restrictions heretofore of record.
