This document is a permanent restriction on the properly currently owned by the
Crook Family Trust and legally described as: _N :/~ of the NW.¼ of the SE ¼, and
SW ¼ of the NE ¼, and NW ¼ of the NE ¼, all in Sec 3 Township 34 N, Range
119 W, of the 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming.
1. The owner of the above described property shall agree to restrict the use of
the property to a point ¼ mile from border of that property which adjoins the
property currently owned by John Lovell or assigns and legally described as:
See Attachment B.
Specifically excluded uses would be junk yards, trash dumps, any type of rock
quarry or gravel pit, heavy equipment repair or Sales business, mobile home
or trailer park, any type of race track for motorized vehicles, any swine, sheep
or poultry farm.
2. This document shall be binding to any future purchasers of said property in
