records in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 349PR on page 551 and
in Book 350PR on page 384, described as follows:'
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 60, identical with the southeast corner
of said NW'fiNWIfi, found as described in the Corner Record filed in said Office;
thence S 89o56'54'' W, 600.60 feet, along the south line of said NW~3NW',~, to
a point at the southwest corner of said Lot 60;
thence N 09o15'44'' W, 30.32 feet, along a line common to said Lot 60 and Lot
59 of said Subdivision, to a rebar;
thence continuing N 09o15'44'. W, 218.35 feet, along said common line, to a
point;
thence S 87°18'01'' E, 493.73 feet, to a point on a line common to said Lot 60
and Lot 61 of said Subdivision;
thence S 46o28'35'' E, 161.64 feet, to a point on a line, to a rebar;
thence continuing S 46°28'35" E, 41.53 feet, along said common line, to a point
on the east line of said NW~NW¼;
thence S 00o05'02'' E, 81.71 feet, along said east line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
