State of ~OM~G along a l~e descfib~ ~ follows, to wit: RECEIVED LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK BEING a portion of lot 40 of the Alpine Village Subdivision One, Section' 19, T37N, R118W, 6tb P.M., Lincoln Count3.', Wyoming more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point being the most Northerly corner of said lot 40; Thence S 36° 49'10" E, '310 feet to the most Easterly corner of said lot 40; Thence S 53° 00'00" W, 240 feet to a transformer location. Easement to include a slrip of land 20 feet in width running parallel with described lines. Together with all necessal3, and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and rel:.ll ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove tre,:s, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occu~ing in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testi and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wi~ and other facilities, installed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
