Gallo and Marcia A. Gallo,, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, ("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby aclmowledged, do hereby gant, convey and wa~ant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Co~oration, of Aflon and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assi~s, ("Grantees"), a pe~etnal easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric disthbution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a line described as follows, to wit: BEING a portion of Lot 4, Pine View Estates, SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 3, T33N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at a point 49 feet South of the NE corner of said Lot 4 at an existing junction vault; Thence N 87° W, 104 feet; Thence S 42° W, 245 feet; Thence S 10© E, 37 feet to a transformer location. Easement to include 10 feet on each side of described line. Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees, slmtbbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor .acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occun'ing in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersiD~ed agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
