HomeMy WebLinkAbout896434Member # 682615 WO# 18220 & 18221 Section 15, T3!N, Rll9W 896 .>3 DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT RECEIVED LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: BO0~ ~]~ pR pAOE That WE, the undersigned, Willard Darrell Nebeker, a married man and Howard Clint Nebeker, a single man, each party an undivided one-half interest, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, ("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative CorPoration, of Afton and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repai'r[ alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the G~antee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a line described as follows, to BEING a portion of Lot 3 of the 3 Bar N Subdivision within the S1/2SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 15, T31N, RI 19W,~iLincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING ,at a point being the SE corner of the 81/2SW1/4NW1/4 of said Section 15; Thence N 89© 46' 25" W, 297 feet; Thence N 0° 32' 36" E, 198 feet; Thence N 4° E~ 20~feet; Thence N 6° E, 941feet; Thence N 16© W, 125 feet to a transformer location and true point of beginning. Thence N 14° W, 49 feet; Thence N 77° W, 69 feet; Thence N 61° W, 18 feet; Thence N 37© W~ 86 feet to a transformer location. Easement to include 10 feet on each side of described line. Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and infOrmation is available upon request fi'om the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
