("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge~L do hereby grant, convey ahd warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Aflon and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the'constrUctiOn and continued maintenance, repair, alteration replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a line described as follows, to wit: BEING apo. rtion of the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 2, T35N, R119W, 6th P.M., in Lincoln Wyoming, more Particullarly described as follows: COMMENCING at a point 575.06 feet N 0° 06' 41" W from the SE corner olf said SE1/4NW1/4;'' Thence S 89° 23' 45" W,,, 872.54 feet to true point of beginning; Thence S 17.0 E, 228 feet: to a transformer location. Easement to include 10 geet on each side o1' described line. Together with all necessary and reasonable fights of ingress and egress and to eXcavate and refill ditches and t~:ench for thc location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair trod maintenance of t)~e facilities.
