That WE, the undersigned.... Whipple Development Corporation, ("Grantor"), for a good and
valuable consideration, th, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey
and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative CorPoration, of Afton and Jackson,
Wyoming and to irk succe.~sors and assigns, ("Grantees"), ~ perPetual easement and right of way
for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electri,:.
distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee toibe constructed and maintained under.
upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a
line described as follows, to wit:
BEING a part of Section 9, T36N, Rl19w of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming more
accurately described as goliows:
BEGINNING at a point which lies west 985.02 feet and South 438 feet from the east ~A corner
of said Section 9;
Thence southerly along a 210 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 125.01 feet;
Thence S 25° 30' 00' E, 110 feet to a point;
Thence S 77° W, 60 feet to a transformer location.
Easement to include 10 fi~'et on each side of described line.
Together with all necessary and reasonable fights of ingre!s and egress and to excavate and reft _1
ditches and trench for the: location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove tree;,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering With the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor ,'~?,knowledges that Electric and!magnetic Fields (EMF) are nat'ara[y
occurring in the distribution °felectricity, and the Grantee hhs here notified Grantor that EMF testir, g
and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wir,:s
and other facilities, installed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and wa:we a 1
