KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that
RECEIVED
LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK
personally and as attorney in fact for Erna Jean Deutz, Edwin G. McNeel, James McNeel, Paul
L. McNeel, Raymond McNeel, Julia Ritchey, and Cheryl Tarrell, Grantors, of 114277 Highway
89, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknoWledged, hereby remise,
release, and forever quitclaim unto STEVE D. SCOFIELD and DIANNA J. SCOFIELD,
TRUSTEES of that Living Trust dated January 26, 1998, Grantees, of P.O. Box 3558, Alpine,
Wyoming 83128, and their successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property,
possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following
described property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
See Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights-of-way of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

495PR, on Page 016 and in the Scofield Deed recorded in Book 500PR, on Page
308 with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the
N1/2NElI4 of Section 9, T36N, R119W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS
698, 1993 location for'the Northwest Corner of the NE1/4NEI/4; thence
S88°59'0g"E along the North line of said NEI/4NEI/4, 32.36 feet to an Iron Pipe
marking the Northwest Corner of Lot 1 of the Packsaddle Subdivision; thence
S44°24'10"W, along the Northwest line of said Lot 1 and the Northwest line of Lot
2 of said Packsaddle Subdivision, 1,021.98 feet to the Aluminum Cap on an Iron
Pipe; thence N81 °41'51"W 659.07 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking
a point in the East line of the Alpine Retreat Subdivision No 1; thence
N1°03'41"E, along the East line of said Alpine Retreat Subdivision No 1,849.38
