McNeel, James McNeel, Paul L. McNeel, Raymond McNeel, Julia Ritchey, and Cheryl Tarrell, Grantors, of 114277 Highway 89, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknoWledged, hereby remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto STEVE D.
