ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST UNDER DEED
This Assigmnent of Beneficial Interest Under Mortgage ("Assignment") is made as of
September 30, 2003, by AMERICAN INVESTMENT FINANCIAL, an industrial loan
company organized under the laws of the State of Utah, whose principal office is located at 7575
South 900 East, Midvale, Utah 84047 ("Assignor"), to MATRIX CAPITAL BANK, a federal
savings bank duly chartered under the laws of the United States of America, whose address is
700 17th Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202 ("Assignee").
WlTNESSETH:
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and Sufficiency of
which are hereby acknowledged, Assignor hereby assigns and transfers to Assignee, without
recourse or warranty of any kind, all of Assignor's right, title and interest as beneficiary in, to and
under that certain Mortgage, dated December 11, 2000, executed by Ronald S. Gray and Jean
M. Gray, as trustor, in favor of American Investment Financial, as beneficiary, and recorded
on December 13, 2000, as Page No. 828-832 in Book 456, reception number 0870228, in the
official records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, (the "Mortgage"), which Mortgage creates
a lien upon and pertains to one or more parcels of real property located in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, as more particularly described as:
Lots 9 and 10 of Block 4 to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln CoUnty, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
Less and Except the northerly 25 feet of said Lot 9 described in Warranty Deed
recorded May 24, 1960 in Book 44PR on page 349 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
The Real Property of its address is commonly known as 609 Cedar Avenue, Kemmerer,
WY 83101.
