Interstate Bank, mortgagee named in that certain mortgage to BART MYERS, whose
address is 297 Dana Sh'eet, Thayne, WY 83127 and RITA MYERS, whose address is 297
Dana Street, Thayne, WY 83127, husband and wife, to the First Interstate Bank, to
secure payment of the principal sum of $25,000.00 dated on the 11a~ day of February,
2002 and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, on the
20th day of February, 2002 in book 483 of Mortgage Records, at page 765 as Instrument
No. 879261 covering the following described lands:

That the mortgage described herein has been fully satisfied by the payment of the debt
