Henry's Mountain Land Trust dated November 1, 199~.; [Jy";Jack O.' 60rsi and
Jack E. Corsi, its Trustees, of Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming ("mortgagor"), hereby
mortgages to Jack O. Corsi and Lydia I. Oorsi, husband and wife, as joint tenants with
right of survivorship, of PO Box 3673, Alpine WY 83128 ("mortgagee"), for the sum of
Sixteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($16,000.00), the following described tract of land in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning at the NVV Corner of the SWl/4 of Section 13, T35N, R119W of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence S89o36'41"E
661.11 feet, more or less, to the NW Corner of Lot 3 of the Henry's Mountain
Estates Subdivision; thence S00o19'44"E 660.89 feet, more or less; to the
SW Corner of said Lot 3; thence N89°31'21"W 660.99 feet; thence
N00°19'04"W 659.86 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
· SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions,
reservations and rights of way of sight or record.

This mortgage is given to secure the following indebtedness: One promissory note
of even_date in the amount of $16,000.00, payable without interest on or before the date of
closing of the sale of the above-described real property.
Including any and all improVements thereon, together with the tenements,
hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging, and the rents, issues and profits
thereof.
Mortgagor shall pay all taxes and assessments on said premises, including any
assessments that may be levied on water rights or shares of stock used in connection
therewith, or held as collateral with the above note; also any tax that may be assessed by
reason of this mortgage or the debt secured thereby, and reasonable attorney's fees in
case of foreclosur.e;..or the commencement of any legal proceedings for foreclosure of the
same, and said attorney's fees shall be added to the amount due on this mortgage, and
made a lien on the premises described herein.

In case of default inthe payment of any sum covenanted to be paid when the same
Shall become dUe and payable, or in case of default in the performance of any covenant
herein contained, the whole amount of this indebtedness secured herein may be
immediately declared due and payable, and this mortgage foreclosed at the option of the
legal holder. In the event of default, mortgagor grants to mortgagee a Power of Sale to
foreclose on and sell said property at public auction pursuant to §34-4-101 et seq., Wyo.
Stat., 1977, or its successor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, mortgagor has executed this Mortgage as of the 22nd
day of January, 2002.
