Wife, as Assi~ors, to The Bank Of Star Valle)' as Assi~ee, a Real Estate Contract be~een
Bart McCutcheon and Patrice McCutcheon (Sellers) and Russell B. Gardner and Trisha
Gardner, Husband and Wife (Buyers) conve~ng a lien on ce~ain real estate therein described as
security for the pa~ent of $400,260.00 which Real Estate Contract was recorded in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln CounW, State of Wyoming, on the
16th day of June 2003, in Book ~523 PR of Mortgages, at Page 860 as Document Number
890789 and pe~aining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE APART HEREOF."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said Real Estate Contract do hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said Buyer the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Contract to be signed by its President and its corporate, seal to be affixed, this /3' day of
