paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT unto

Englewood, Colorado 80111, Grantee, and its successors and assigns, the following described
property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot Three (3), Block Seven (7) in the Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming
Townsite as shown on the Plat of the Townsite of Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
filed' in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with all and singular the improvements thereon or thereunto
appertaining.
