KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT, That it is hereby cert4fied by the First
Interstate Bank, mortgagee named in that certain mortgage to Peter J. Edington and
Roberta Lee Rockefeller, husband emd wife, and to the First Interstate Bank, to secure
payment of the principal sum of $550,000.00 dated on the 24th day of December, 2002'
and recorded in 'the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
the 31st day of December, 2002 in Mortgage Records, in book 508 at pages 466-471 as
Insh'ument No 886629 covering the following described lands:
See Exhibit 'A', which is attached to this Mortgage and made a part of this
Mortgage as if fully set forth herein.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 360 Nobel Lane,
Bedford, WY 83112.
That tile mortgage described herein has been fully satisfied by the payment of tile debt
secured thereby, and is hereby canceled, released, and discharged.
