DORIS EDITH JOHNSON, a single person, Grantor, for and in consideration of
TEN ($10.00) DOLL]aRS and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to: DORIS EDITH JOHNSON and
DIANE PINED& mother and daughter as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship,
and not as tenants in common, Grantees, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, the following described property,
to-wit:
COMMENCiNG at the NW Corner of the NW 1/4 in Section 21, T30N, R118W
of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence East 80 rods; thence South 40 rods;
thence West 80 rods; thence North 40 rods to the place of beginning, an area of 20
acres more or less together with improvements and water rights..
