KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTSi That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 28th day of February, 1996, made and executed by Paul A. Hartman and Marilyn B.
Hartman, as mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $275,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 8th day of March, 1996, in Book 381 of Mortgages, at page 88-91, and mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
