For valuable consideration, Farm Credit Services of America; FLCA, Mortgagee/Beneficiary, declares that the lien
of the mortgage/trust deed executed by Lyman F. Crook, Trustee and Ronald F. Crook, Trustee for Lyman F. Crook
Revocable Trust under date of Trust of April 20, 1993, Lyman F. Crook and Mary J. Crook, husband and wife and
Ronald F. Crook and Barbara E. Crook, husband and wife, and recorded in Book 422, Page 541, of the real estate
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, is inferior to the easement for access and utility.purposes granted to Shane R.
and Michelle L. Crook and recorded in Book 537, Page 174, which easement is more particularly described as:
Sec. Twp.
A 30 feet wide Nonexclusive Right-of-Way Easement, for Ingress, Egress and Utilities, being the South 30 feet of
the West 890.12 feet of said S1/2NW1/4
