RELEASE OF ~AL ESTATE MORTGAGE (By Corporation)
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, First National Bank- West, formerly known as
First National Bank in Evanston, a corporation, of the County of Uinta and State of Wyoming, does
hereby certify that Mortgage, bearing date the 16th day of July, 2001 made and executed by Stephen W
Kaloll, a married lnan, as Mortgagors, to First National Bank in Evanston, now known as First National
Bank - West, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment
of $65,000.00 as therein stated, which Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln, State of Wyoining, on the 20th day of July, 2001 in Book 469 of
Mortgages, at Page 074 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"All lands described in said mortgage"
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully' paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclai~n unto the
said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, First National Bank - West, formerly knoWn as First National
Bank in Evanston, has caused these presents to be signed by Brenda L Thompson its Real Estate Loan
