PARCEL 2 Part of Section 6, T32N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point 1070 feet west and 525.26 feet south of the northeast corner of Lot 1 of the NWl/4 of said Section 6 and running thence West 250 feet; thence South 174.24 feet; thence East 250 feet; thence North 174.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
