J; N Pti 3:53 JEANNE ',¥AGNER Deed made this of ~-~=.~, ~uv~,-between Robert Lendo Batista and Robert Loren Batista, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Lendo R. Batista, deceased, herein referred to as "PersOnal Representatives", and Robert Lendo Batista, a single man, of 421 Onyx Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, and Carol Jo Batista, a single woman, of PO Box 390, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, as tenants in common, herein referred to as "Grantees" WHEREAS, on the 14th day of November, 2003, the Personal Representatives filed their Final Report, Accounting and Petition for Decree of Distribution; and District Court, in and for the Cou~ncoln, State of Wyoming, entered its Order Approving Final Report and Decree of Distribution, directing a conveyance of the decedent's interest in certain real property located in Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to.be executed to the Grantees, a copy of which Decree will be recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, .Wyoming, and which Decree is now on file 'and of .record in said Court', and which Decree is. hereby referred to and made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, the Personal Representatives, pursuant to the Order Approving Final Report and Decree of Distribution, hereby convey to Grantee~, all the right, title and interest of the Estate of Lendo R. Batista, deceased, in and to that certain real property, located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as followS: 602 A parcel of land 63.6 feet in width 'and 99.0 feet in length, being a portion of Lots 7 and 8 of Block 53 of Second'Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Block 53; thence S26 34"E, 63.3 feet; thence S63 26"W, 99.0 feet; thence N26 34"W, .63.3 feet; thence N63 26"E, 99.0 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate"or in anywise appertaining thereunto. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all the above-granted property, and every Part thereof, to Grantees forever.
