DECREE QUIETING TITLE
Now on this day, this action being brought by the Petition filed by the plaintiffs,
Von K. Merr, itt, Clarice Wolfley, George K. Merritt, Harold L. Merritt, Charles T.
Hastings, and Angela J. Hastings, appearing by John D. Bowers of Bowers Law Office,
P.C., their attorney, the following Defendants filing an affidavit stating that they have no
interest in the real property described in the Plaintiffs Petition and consenting to this
Court qUieting title in the Plaintiffs:

The remaining Defendants not appearing, either in person or by counsel, in the time
allowed by law, .and it appearing to this court that the other Defendants have been
regularly and duly served personally or with the petition and summons by publication in
the Star Valley Independent, a weekly newspaper of general circulation in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, published in Afton, Wyoming, and that a copy of the Notice
of Suit was not mailed to the Defendants'because they have no known address and
addresses for Defendants cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, that the
time allowed by law for answering or otherWise pleading has expired as of the 16th day
of July, 2001 and the default of the other Defendants is hereby dul~/entered, according
to law; and the Court having examined the record and proofs offered herein, and having
fully considered the same, and having found that the allegations of the Plaintiff's
Complaint are all true, therefore, by reason of the foregoing facts, and by virtue of law:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Plaintiffs,
Charles T. Hastings and Angela J. HaStings owns and is in possession of, and at the
commencement of this suit owned and was in possession of the following real property
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
PARCEL 1
Lot 4 of Block 31 of the South Afton Second Addition to the Town of
Afton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Plaintiffs, Von
K. Merritt, Clarice Wolfley, George K. Merritt and Harold L. Merritt owns and is in
possession of, and at the commencement of this suit owned and was in possession of
the following real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:

Lot 6 of Block 31 of the South Afloa Second Addition to the Town of
Alton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Defendants
are found to have no right, title, interest, claim, or demand in the above-described real
property; that the Defendants are hereby forever barred from asserting any right, title,
interest, claim, or demand thereto, and title thereto is quieted in the Plaintiffs in
accordance with this order
