other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, cONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to JARED HANSEN, Individually, Grantee,
whose address is 415 Adams Street, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 21 of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2 and running
thence South 6 rods;
thence East 8 rods;
thence North 6 rods;
thence West 8 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
