THIS INDENTURE, made the ~/ day of January, 2004 by and between the
MOUNTAIN MEADOWS LOG HOMES, LLC,
a limited liability company organized
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State Of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
JEAN KELLEY AND WILLIAM KELLEY,
Wife and Husband as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is 11513 West San Juan Range Road, Littleton, CO' 80127
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
and
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum'of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these
presents., grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain
tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and
described as follows to-wit:
Lot 4 of Sage Hen Ranches 2nd Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat filed November 5, 2003 as Instrument No. 895032 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year fu:st above written.
