Trosclalr, as modgagor(s), moAgaged to U.S. Bank National Association, as mo~gagee, the hereinafter described real prop'edy by that ce~ain modgage dated May 21, 1999 (the "MoAqa~e"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 26, 1999, in/as Book 430 PR at Page 685. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: AsSignee: Cendant Mortgage Corporation f/k/a PHH Mortgage Corporation Assignment dated: June 4, 1999 Assignment recorded: SePtember 14, 1999 Assignment recording information: Book 435 PR at Page 702 Services All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of 'Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Cendant Mortgage Corporation, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on September 5, 2003, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Cendant Mortgage COrporation ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $41,021.90, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on September 5, 2003, ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the. undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the .Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds 'in and for Lincoln County, state of Wyoming, on September 5, 2003, in/as Book 533 PR at Page 728; WHEREAS, said ~ertifiCate of Sale was assigned to Federal National .Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated October 10, 2003 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln · County, State of Wyomingj on the 27th day of January , 2004, in/as',¢?~. 9.~.~ _,/~/~4,/~, ~/~_¢-¢_6 ~'.,.o-¢' WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the' laws of the state of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said.'C°unty of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises., have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and 'd© hereby TRANSFER and "cONVEY, to said Federal National Mortgage Association, 13455 Noel Road, 2.
