Certificate of Sale and, in connection herewith, I represent and certify as follows:
1. On December 12, 1994, the Richard E. Vail Family Trust, U/T/D dated September 21, 1979,
RiChard E. Vail and Bonnie J. Vail, trustees (assigned and assumed by David C. Bowman, Dennis
L. Bowman, Jeffrey A. Bowman and Richard L. Bowman) executed and delivered a mortgage to
Leisure Valley, Inc., Mortgagee, which was recorded in Book 362, Page 333 in_. the records of the
LincOln County Clerk.
2. The mortgage described above granted the mortgage holder a power of sale that permits the
mortgage holder to foreclose the mortgage by advertisement and sale.
3. At the request of LeiSUre Valley, Inc., the holder of said mortgage, and in compliance with'
the published Notice of Foreclosure Sale, the property described in Paragraph 4 below was sold at
Public auction at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Kemmerer, WYoming on January 13, 2004, at
10:00 o'clock a.m.
4. The legal description of the property covered by the mortgage is as follows:
Star Valley Ranch Plat 12, Lot 33, as platted and recorded in the
official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
5. The property described in paragraph 4, above, was sold as the foreclosure sale described
herein to Leisure Valley, Inc. for the sum of $ 5 ~, /4/o 49
6. The purchaser was the highest bidder for the property at the sale and the price for which the
property was sold was the highest price bid therefor.
7. Due and proper notice of the sale was published in the Kemmerer Gazette, a newspaper of
general circulation, in Lincoln County, WyOming, on December 18, 24, 31, 2003, and January 8,
2004.
8. The sale was in all respects honestly and fairly conducted according to my best knowledge
and belief.
9. ~ The purchaser, or its assigns, shall be entitled to a deed to the property sold at the expiration
of the redemption Period unless the property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law
10. The Affidavit of Publication is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
