under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 65 of Leon Livingston Subdivision as shown by the official plat of said
subdivision filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
and being situate in Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 188 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and
rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
