0837315 in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, from Wyoming
Newspapers, [nc., an Illinois business corporation, to Stanfoi'd Mark Steele and Wendy N. Steele
dated effective as of May 1, 1997, and covering the real property described as follows:
Lot Seventeen (t7) in Block Thirteen (13), and three feet and eleven inches
(3'11") of Lot Sixteen (16), next to and adjoining said Lot 17 and being part
thereof, in Block Thirteen (13), in the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
